We cover all of the North Cotswolds and Oxfordshire and our latest project, THE NINE, consists of nine individual historic homes located in Heythrop Park, Oxfordshire.

We specialise in the purchase, development and sale of property. Our team has experience with a number of different developments and is always on the look out for the next project. In addition to this we manage several projects on behalf of clients and can be involved as little or much as required throughout the development cycle.

Based in the North Cotswolds, we deal with all aspects of the property development cycle. We have our own in-house property team dealing with developments, conversions, restorations and more. We can offer help in buying, planning, project management and sales at any point through the process.
The Team

Jack Paxford is a Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years’ experience. He previously worked for one of the UK’s leading corporate consultancies offering advice to national clients. Jack is local to Chipping Norton having grown up in the area. Since moving back from London in 2021 he has been running a successful property development business. Jack comes from a construction background and has experience managing large projects.

Leonie Salvesen is a Chartered Surveyor with 10 years’ experience. Leonie started her career working for Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council as part of their in-house development team. During this period, she helped oversee major development projects as well as helping to manage joint ventures. Leonie has a passion for design and since moving to the Cotswolds her focus has been on the layout and interiors of our projects. Combining a knowledge of construction with an eye for intelligent layouts, Leonie can extract maximum value with simple changes to floor plans and designs.
